Industrial plants dedicated to clean and re-use of spent foundry sands, used for core making or Green Sand moulding. Plants manufactured assembling Fata Technology Furnaces for sand reclamation and different sub-supplier ancillary machines.-> Process Engineer: defining process to be used to obtain good quality sand, coming from spent used sand. Study of working parameters of the plant, in cooperation with customer's quality laboratory.

2013 - 2020 -> Ingegnere commerciale: discussione sulle diverse esigenze delle diverse fonderie (potenziale cliente) incontrate durante le più svariate fiere ed esposizioni in tutto il mondo (IFEX India, AFS Messico e Nord America, GIFA Germania); -> Project Manager: mantenimento dei contatti con il partner indiano di FATA Aluminium, Rhino Machines PVLTD, a seguito del trasferimento della produzione di macchine in India, della proposta di budget per nuovi impianti e installazioni. -> Process Engineer: start-up di sistemi di bonifica di sabbia in tutto il mondo (USA, INDIA, Messico, Francia) -> Ricerca e sviluppo: studio dei parametri del processo di bonifica di leganti di sabbia INORGANIC. Test multipli eseguiti utilizzando il legante ASK Inotec o H & A Cordis in collaborazione con diversi clienti. -> Responsabile: la progettazione dedicata del sistema di bonifica e ricerca e prove di laboratorio fino al recupero di sabbia inorganica. 2011 -2012 -> Project Manager: nuova installazione di un'impianto di rigenerazione delle sabbie esauste in Bulgaria per il cliente Montupet Eood, a partire dalla prima discussione tecnica, proposta di budget e preventivo finale, passando attraverso la completa gestione del fornitore e produttore di parti, fino a seguire l'installazione sul posto gestendo spedizione, consegna e manodopera in loco. Alla fine segue l'avvio completo del sistema in grado di rigenerare 7 tonnellate per ora di sabbia di fonderia esausta (il sistema può pulire completamente la sabbia da tutta la resina dalle particelle che ricoprono la sua superficie dopo essere state utilizzate nella produzione principale per la fonderia)
