My mission is to lead the development of advanced and cutting-edge X-ray instrumentation through the full project lifecycle from initial conception to deployment.Main activities:- Multiple project management;- Leading project execution from conception to final delivery;- Project tracking: budget, milestones and timeline. Risk management; - Reporting activity to management and customers;- Head of the CMOS/CCD cameras laboratory, responsible of the full integration of image sensors for new instrumentation. Coordinating activities of production, maintenance and support of delivered instrumentation;- Technology watch.

Coordinator of the European project INSERT, a research project funded by the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Commission. The goal was the development of one of the first worldwide SPECT/MRI instrument for the early diagnosis of brain tumors.
