My name is Paolo Ceppi and I am forty six years old, I am married and I have an awesome nine years olddaughter, Asia.I have a Diploma in Industrial Chemistry with a specialization in Environmental branch (1996); a Graduationin Industrial Biotechnology (2001) and a Biochemistry PhD (2005).I have years of experience as researcher and trainer in University lab, currently, I am employed inTechnogenetics (Kehua Bio-Engineering co., KHB, group), Marketing Office (http://www.technogenetics.it).As a PhD student, I was involved in protein sorting studies and renal cell carcinoma characterization,development of Multi Drugs Resistant lines.Since 2018 I am in charge for Scientific Marketing in Technogenetics for Diagnostics and Molecular/Genetics business lines. My main duties are:o Monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including short-term and long development and marketing.Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.o Products scouting and competitor analysis.o Definition of business targets with suppliers.o Liaison among customer, key opinion leader, sales force, area manager, business development,customer service and tender office, R&D and QA.o Technical support of tender office (documents compilation, drafting of reports).o Seminar series on research methods and products, job meeting, domestic and internationalexhibitions, promotional campaign, targeting of key customers.o Internal training for product specialist, sales force, area manager.o Editing of promotional material like flyers, brochures and catalogues.I am always looking for new themes and challenges and I learn very easily.
