-Management of WEC Italy's activities in connection with strategies produced by the Board of Directors and approved by the Assembly; - Management of the office’s staff, external collaborators (consultants, young and senior professionals etc.), project partners;- Coordination of different functions, internal and external communication (media relations), study and analysis of policy and normative framework in the energy sector;- Planning and management of national and international activities in connection with World Energy Council programmes, studies, task forces and conferences at global and regional (Europe) level;- Managing relations with WEC Italy’s constituency: ministries, energy institutions, companies, associations, universities; - Project management of high-level international conferences (e.g. World Energy Congress, International Energy Forum, G8 Energy, World Energy Week 2018) with the participation of Ministers, CEOs, representatives from International Organizations, universities and associations;- Speaker in public conferences and training courses addressing energy transition related issues (policies, business models, energy scenarios etc.).
