About Paolo Izzi

With over 30 years of work experience, I am a passionate HR Manager, coach, organizational consultant, and entrepreneur in the fields of human resources and organizational development. My mission is to help business owners develop a deeper and more articulated approach to market strategies, recognize and strengthen their core competencies, foster a learning and adaptive culture and finally acquire the new behaviors necessary to compete.In my work, I leverage my extensive knowledge and credentials in HR management, evolutionary and skill coaching and system psychodynamic consultancy.
