Managed the RFP process for a new CRM system and a new B2C / B2B web site fully integrated with CRM.

Took part as external consultant to the startup of a new Business Travel company managing the ICT initiatives. Designed a new VoIP architecture, redundant and resilient. Configured Intelligent Network with free toll number and intelligent routing on agents (i.e. telephony call bar, front office system integrated with back office applications). Managed the call overflow within 15 partners distributed across the Italian geography.

Member of the local Board of Directors, reporting to the Managing Director on a local basis and to the EMEA Technology Director on an international basis; additional roles within the board team: Customer Care Manager and Implementation Manager. Savings initiatives and Business Process Reengineering; designed and introduced a new pro-active system for monitoring performances and service levels through an integrated unified messaging platform; review of outsourced services contracts introducing KPI and SLA according to the assigned saving goals. Customer care targets: developed strong relationships with top clients. Sales targets: as a board member I took part to many sales activities; in particular I had a key role within a huge acquisition (Monte Paschi di Siena – 9M€ turnover).
