In my career I could cover different strategic roles, from Assistant PM to Marketing Manager, in highly competitive markets such as Pharmaceutical, Confectionary or Phytotherapy/Food Supplements, getting actively involved both in products and services. In detail I have developed Marketing strategies in the Medical, Natural/ Phytotherapy market launching new products into the main business areas according to the new international strategic view of the company.Before this, I realised a marketing plan on OTC pharmaceutical products and developed an innovative long-time customers’ services project introducing a new brand. As far as the confectionary sector, I dealt with Umbrella Brand leaders both in national and international markets and ran various brand products with different positioning strategies or sale politics ( ever Green, IN&OUT, Lincensing, new launches) ; moreover I organised new objectives and strategies with the headquarters in Austria and Spain.As National Account Manager in the field of Modern Distribution and highway restauration, I could develop my skills and my knowledge of the commercial sector dealing in the annual national agreements with the Headquarters and in the definition of promotional plans and local listing.
