• Engineering Director. – Milano Engineering Network o Design development for a design competition in Shenyang (China).• Structural Engineer & Construction Manager – Independent Consultant o Design & CM for a 7 storey 58 apartments RC frame in Inveruno (Milan).

• Project & Construction Manager for 2 projects in Turin (overall 155 flats - 14 € mln).o Direction of the projects; delivered according with the budget, schedule and quality required.• Design Manager for a new large project in Turin (300 flats - 42 € mln).

• "Giardini Verro", a 15+€ mln Residential Project. o Appointed for the overall development and building project (www.giardiniverro.it), also infrastructures.o Coordination of legal and administrative issues, in relation with the local Authorities o Direction of the DT, led the call for tender and selected the General Contractor.o Achievements: 14% saving vs the preliminary budget. Important variant to the building permit.

• 2010: Project and Construction Manager - “Isola” (40 storey) & “Corso Como” in Milano Porta NuovaA large Joint Venture Project with Hines - 290k sqm, € 101 mln.o Coordination of the Construction Project, with the assistance of the Design Team (Boeri Arch., Arup, Hilson Moran, others).o Control of the operations on the site, reporting weekly to the Client.o Supervision of compliance with the Contract terms and conditions.o Achievements: 6% savings on the 107 m € original budget.• 2008-2009: Project Manager for Isozaki Tower (56 storey) and Hadid Tower (46 storey) for “Citylife”, the reconversion project of former Milan trade-Fair 300k sqm area (www.city-life.it/) with high-end residential buildings, malls, offices, park, museums.For the two towers overall € 379 m.o Coordination of the design development between the architects firms and the structural, plant and facade engineers (Arup, Max Fordham, Permasteelisa, others);o Obtained the building permits from the Municipality, FD and the Social & Health Authorities.o For both projects, I also dealt with urbanization, landscape & infrastructures.o Achievements: my team carried out an in depth value engineering process, lowering the original budget (€ 492 milions) by an overall 23%.• 2003-2008: Other PM & Design Direction assignments within Europrogettio Redefinition of the layout design of Citylife residences to enhance the commercial appeal.o Development of the design for a large office-building complex (Broletto, Milan) – Constr. Management.o Design for the second building of the European Institute of Oncology Hospital and the Hotel of the hospital (not built).o Design, PM & CM of a new 462 room Hotel in Pero, adjacent to Milan’s new Convention and Exhibition Centre, with 6,000 sqm of conference facilities, a € 92 mln project (the 2° largest Hotel in Italy).o PM in several other Residential, Malls, Hotels, SPA, Schools, Towers, Roads, Urban & Infrastructures Projects during this period.

• Design and PM for 6,500 sqm MU Shops & Residential in Magenta, on behalf of MO.VI srl• General Consultant for Industrial Group “ANOVO Italia S.p.A.” - Saronno (VA)Italian subsidiary of ANOVO Gr., European leader in after-market services for the ICT industryo Design and PM for new layout of production area and warehouse space. o Remediation and reinforcement of the damp basement. Architectural and plants upgrade of the offices. o Design and PM for a new building.o Damage survey and PM for the reconstruction of a shed blown down by a tornado.o Various consulting services. o Preliminary studies and budget for a new headquarters building (not built).• Design and PM - 42 luxury apartments in Magenta, on behalf of Sorriso srl.• Design PM & CM for the new Industrial Italian branch of Milacron Corp.
