I currently hold the position of national president of Unionalimentari As owner of Trismoka, my main responsibilities are: - spreading the culture of good espresso coffee- training new baristas - innovating trismoka by focusing on sustainability As president of Unionalimentari my task is to protect and promote the economic and social interests of small and medium-sized enterprises of all sectors of the Italian food industry. Involving young people is crucial, which is why I have been devising since 2005, the trismoka challenge; a challenge to test and develop hotel school kids in shots of espressos, cappuccinos and custom coffee drinks. Co-creator of the TV show Strabar, the competition that searches for the best barista from Brescia and beyond. Trismoka is the creator and organizer of the Milano Latte Art challenge, a professional and international competition with the world's best Latte Art artists; starting with simple and traditional shapes and gradually moving up to more and more complex figures and techniques.
