-FTO ( field training officer) to firefighters.-Acting Lieutenant when assigned.-Put together training material for department.-Developed and administered Active Shooter training for Fire and Police department.-Operate a fire department apparatus through various weather, topography, and traffic conditions and through congested residential or developed areas by incorporating maneuvers to ensure a safe and timely response under stressful circumstances.-Perform routine test,, inspections, and servicing functions on the systems and components associated with the assigned apparatus and the equipment stored on the engine.-Control, contain, and extinguish fires. -Answer emergency situations quickly, assess conditions, and act appropriately to contain fires, assist victims, and prevent escalation. -Maintain updated knowledge of safety guidelines, firefighting techniques, treatment protocols, response requirements, and quality assurance procedures.

Coordinating with various agencies and departments to develop and implement strategies for effective emergency response and recovery. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing integrated response efforts during crises, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders, and evaluating response plans to improve future operations.
