• Analyze, execute and accurately maintain master data including but not limited to Vendors, Customers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Baumusters, and Employees.
• Process requests for master data creation, cleansing and updates in accordance with Master Data Governances policies
• Analyze the validity of the master data creation requests by ensuring that no viable duplicates of the requested master data exists
• Ensure that the master data is regularly updated and cleansed within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), to provide timely, relevant and accurate business information for use by all levels of management
• Ensure the necessity approvals are obtained before executing updates in master data
• Uphold the confidentiality in handling all regulated/classified company/business information

Region VII - Central Visayas, Philippines

• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
• Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
• Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. Assigned Role Description:
• Responsible for the completion of straightforward and stand-alone tasks with possibly high-volume transactions following predefined procedures.
• More specifically, the primary role is to review completeness and accuracy of insurance claims to ensure that healthcare policy guidelines are followed prior to authorizing payment or filing a request for a medical.

• Maintain master data including but not limited to Customers, Employees and Products.- Extend new product to other branch.
• Assist branch encoders nationwide with their daily SAP transactions.- Daily sales.- Stock transfer. (warehouse – panel(truckload) - Sales)- Issues delivery note.
• Generate Report of all salesmen with their truckload and sales daily.
• Reverse error postings.
• Encodes/Check daily sales in each salesman nationwide, to monitor the exact income of the company.- Encodes scanned files thru email or fax.- Apply payments.
