Responsible for the global infrastructure, business applications and CAD Technology in 12+ locations. Established the strategy, communicated and executed a roadmap and restructured the IT organization in order to support the business goals. Responsible for a $6.5 million budget.After the Acquisition from Analog Devices in July 2014 and as part of the Integration team, I worked closely with senior IT and Business Integration team Leaders to ensure that systems, business processes, and infrastructure were successfully integrated with Analog Devices. We designed and executed plans for effective synergies between the two companies that resulted to fruitful staff absorption and seamless systems migrations.
