I am an active team leader who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed on all site activities performing the following duties;-Network- install,support and maintain network infrusture,analyze and correct network problems reported.-computer support and maintainance(configuring of hardware and software installation)-CCTV System- Installation, matainance and monitoring -maintain software system( installation and configuration of systems and provide training to users.-Provide detailed personal advice and guidance to all clients in the effective use of systems,products and services available to them.-Prepare reports for the management(daily)-Manage and monitor stock and delivery control systems.-Assist personnel in departments with computer resources.-Track license and support contracts to include notification of renewal to management.-proactively schedule software upgrades and patching.-Ensure that all the BMS equipment is licensed and keep records.-Support existing/new services and administer access rights for all users.-Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance withgroup requirements.-Provide daily reports of vehicle tracking system.
