Responsible to aid in making the hospital NABH compliant in all aspects of delivery of care and monitoring the quality standards. Responsible to maintain the standards by initiating the hospital quality assurance programs; reviewing quality control and assurance programs; generating reports and maintain records Responsible to ensure the implementation of the policies and SOP’s and monitor the same on a continuous basis. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling of various hospital committee meetings and maintaining the minutes of the same. Responsible to collection of monthly quality indicators and analyze the trends. Responsible for analyze the IP feedback satisfaction Dept. wise and submits to management.  Responsible to collect the incident reports against incidents happened and get the RCA and CAPA from the respective Dept heads.
