Software: Key researcher responsible for research & algorithm development of wave-equation based methodologies including Reverse Time Migration and Wave-Equation Migration Velocity Analysis in the common offset domain.Numerical Analysis: Collaborative researcher for low-frequency source modeling and testing, and full waveform inversion R&D.Data processing: Geophysical expert in seismic processing for post-migration noise reduction, bandwidth enhancement, and well calibration for AVO attributes.Data analysis: Responsible for the interpretation of 2D, 3D, and 4D seismic data in production and exploration settings, creation of velocity models for depth conversion, colored inversion, analysis of amplitude variation with offset data, rock properties analyses, shallow gas hazards, converted wave and P wave imaging, prospect generation, non-AVO attribute analysis, and volumetric estimation.• Produced a study that discovered that circulation losses were tied to sub-seismic faulting, potentially saving $20M in one field alone (see publications).• Discovered and named the Sibelius prospect in the Gulf of Mexico. • Led a group which was awarded the top prize in a global competition for product to market development and received a handwritten note of congratulations from current CEO Bernard Looney.Leadership: As co-lead for BP Pride, helped implement the first tax gross-up benefit for domestic partners of any US energy company. Initiated a change in global marketing strategy for Diversity & Inclusion prior to the 2016 London Olympics.
