I worked for Activision/Blizzard from 2008 to 2016. My debut year was made as a Tester, then I became a Senior Tester, than a Floor Lead and was finally promoted to a full Project Lead position in 2010. During that time I had accumulated a large and very diverse array of projects ranging from full AAA games to small more independent type of titles on all type of platforms. I had to managed teams the size of 1-5 testers and up to 50-100 testers.
