- Portfolio of Retail key accounts manager and manage operations within the process for retailers and wholesalers’ satisfaction and improvement of services.
- Assist community leaders in tracking and monitoring sales tickets and resolution within the SLAs.
- Conduct training of new trainees and onboard them on the shop floor training as a subject matter expert.
