Conducted global negotiations for 1 French and 1 Chinese facility for the successful launch of the #Haliade X platform. Overall spend managed ~30MM €.Ensured a fully functional (0 line stop) supply chain during Covid crisis. From April 2021 took lead on completely Haliade-X Specific (NTI) Generator Components, including Rare earth, copper, e-steel. Managed a 3 layer (tier I-II-III) supply chain globally. Annual spend ~250MM €.

Promoted to Lead SDE in late 2019. Worked as a hybrid, extending SDE position with commodity leader (50/50%) during the prototype period and serial manufacturing preparations of GE REN - Offshore Wind division. On top of SDE profile, had the task to completely re-shape and build a standalone supplier panel and sourcing structure for C-Class components with key focus on Product Cost Out, Localization, Multi-Region, min 2-way sourcing. Lead the initiative of implementing online Kanban/VMI solution for all non HSF fastener and some catalog components for Offshore wind. Promoted and ensured from sourcing the successful deployment of APQP4WIND at all suppliers.

Lead the scouting of new-, development and training of incumbent, expansion programs of existing, strategic suppliers in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Conducted a number of supplier capacity assessments to ensure de-bottlenecking and level loading cross business/site demand.
