Marketing And Sales Specialist - Obesity Business Unit
Key tasks & responsibilities:- Operational procurement for the marketing department- Administrative services delivered in timely, cost efficient way, in compliance with legal regulations and NN policies and procedures for transportation and storage.- Finance: budget planning, data gathering, follow up, reports to BUD, making accurals, expense reports, funding request projects, handling invoices, savings reports, EFPIA reports, TPR, Coupa, Novovision, Docusign- IO Engage: calculate targets, plannaing and uploading KAMs KPIs, ensure system readiness in due time, reloading call plans, reporting sales force performance, participation in IO engage training, train and help work of the KAMs in the new system, LoB Champion tasks, EFPIA consent follow up- Communication: close cooperation with other departments, regular contact and communication with customers, suppliers, other external vendors, wholesalers ensuring professional cooperation with external customers in order to deliver projects with excellence, ensure successful execution of events through professional collaboration with agencies- Marketing: work closely with product manager to define marketing materials and programs. Handling marketing storage and inventory, international and local event organizing. International congress organizing, workshops organizing coordination with KAMs- Continuous optimization and simplification of processes and tasks in area of responsibility- Obesity Academy events: event and logistic organization.
