We replaced the ERP systems of 10 group companies in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark with one common solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I was responsible for master data specification and migration from legacy systems to new. The new solution enables common, efficient processes in sales, project delivery, and finance.

Reporting to CEO, my responsibility as Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) was to implement common process, drive integration, and achieve scale benefits. Driving company wide improvement in the supply chain area (S&OP, production planning; performance measurement). In addition, management of Amer Sports Idea-to-product team that oversees product development process, product life cycle management systems and product master data management.Results: Further improvement on all Operations KPIs - inventory, service and SKU efficiency - helped grow Amer Sports sales and improve profitability

As part Amer Sports a new strategy to gain scale and synergy, a global supply chain practice was founded. As global process expert my job was to leverage best practice amongst differentbusinesses and regions; oversee roll outs of SAP business concepts; identify improvement areas and drive change. An important part of company turnaround was to become more fact based: KPIs, score cards, common tracking with systematic follow-up and countermeasure.Results; step change improvement of supply chain performance: inventory days of sales -12%, on time in full delivery +38% points, sales per SKU +33%.

Leading a team of internal consultants and managing a portfolio of development projects, including lean manufacturing, six sigma, product lifecycle management and direct delivery logistics.Results: Implemented direct delivery from Finland to retailers in USA. Further lead time reduction and delivery accuracy improvement.

Managing the supply chain function of Suunto, including sales- and operations planning, production steering, master data management, and IT systems (SAP). Global sales planning process and system rolled out. Results: pull-based production steering implemented in SAP. Lead-time reduction by 90%, work-in-process reduction by 60%. Productivity gains throughout the supply and distribution network.

Researcher in "Global Operations Competence" project, aimed at analyzing and developing operational competencies of global manufacturing companies. Four 6-12 months projects with global companies in electronics industry. Results: New manufacturing/distribution concepts developed and implemented with each of the four electronics companies. Academic: four peer reviewed articles, doctoral thesis.

Supply chain re-engineering projects, with the help of discrete-event simulation and optimization. Project manager for projects in food, steel and telecommunications industry.Results: cost savings for clients. Steel production inreased by 4% using the new optimization software

Master's thesis work in developing an effective supply chain process for delivering complex system products with a short lead time. Various assignments related to supply chain development, especially performance measurement.Results: the new delivery process was implemented with expected results.
