Over 30 years experience in developing countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean and the Pacific gained mostly from international development aid work as a technical specialist or team leader. Assignments have been mainly in the fields of institutional, human resources and social development, public awareness and knowledge/information management. Assignments have involved project identification, project implementation as well as project review, monitoring and evaluation. Experience has been gained in a wide range of sectors, particularly; water resources management, water supply, sanitation, drainage, irrigation, environment, climate change and education. Donor experience includes; KfW, GIZ, Millennium Challenge Corporation, EU, ADB, AfDB, World Bank, Netherlands Development Cooperation, DfID, Danida, Sida, AusAID, UNHCR and UNICEF.
