Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical-related work at the site.• Prepare all documents related to Testing & Commissioning.• Preparing inspection schedule with a consultant for system approval. Coordinate with client, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and supplier.• Supervising all ongoing work during the execution of the substation.• Supervision of control cables laying works for equipment and involved in testing and commissioning activities. • Monitor and motivate Working manpower at the site to Accomplish the project object on a daily target basis.• Manage the workload of project-discipline engineers and Technicians.• Involved & in quality checking in the erection of the structure, installation of electrical equipment, and commissioning of the substation.• Educating the manpower regarding the safety precaution at the field during the execution of work and implementation of safety precautions at the field.• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assists in the preparation of Minutes of Meetings.• Manage various contractor disciplines throughout the installation and startup of the facility as well as equipment commissioning. • Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly reports of the status of each assignment.• Coordinates with all project-related personnel (onshore and offshore) on the day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure the timely completion of the project

• Skilled in all types of scheme checking such as transformer protection, motor protection, differential scheme, stability scheme, interlock, and other control circuit schemes with various systems.• Skilled in Testing and commissioning all types of Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 765 kV Systems. Indoor and outdoor substation and substation equipment with all types of Instrumentation Transformers, Power Transformers (500 MVA), Reactor (125 MVAR), circuit Breakers, Bus Coupler, HT Panels, LT Panels, Isolator Panels, NGR Panels, NGT Panel, LAVT Panel, DOL starter, DCDB Panel, and Line feeder.• Preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station, and power plant.• Experienced to do HV tests for power cables and Bus bar rated up to 132 kV.• Knowledge of Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, and synchronizing scheme.• Execution of Testing & Troubleshooting of various Electrical schemes,– AC, DC Control scheme.– 415V LVAC, 220V DCDB, 220V Battery Charger Schemes.– 415V ACB, 6.6KV, 11KV, 33KV VCB Local and Remote Interlocking Schemes.– 11KV, 33KV, 66KV, 132KV, 220KV, 400KV, LOCAL & Remote Interlocking Scheme.– 220/132/66/11KV, 220/66/11 KV, 220/132/33KV System Interlocking Scheme.– OLTC, RTCC, & Parallel Operation Schemes.– CT Secondary injection, Primary injection test up to relay end.– Transformer, Reactor, BusBar Stability Test.• Co-ordination with the client in As-Built Scheme drawing submission, and test report submission.• Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant and sub-station.• Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control, and protection circuits.• Testing of all Electro-mechanical Relay.• As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer. • Testing & Calibration of All types of Digital & Recording Meters.
