NCK MESTEC (National Competence Centre of Mechatronics and Smart Technologies forMechanical Engineering )- Development of a low-cost data logging system for predictive maintenance using IEPEaccelerometers. The device uses of-the-shelf hardware components and Python basedsoftware.- Control system for vibration testing based on adaptive control implemented on a real-timecontrol computer. The control system ensures defined vibration exposure of a deviceunder test.Measurement and data processing- Operating 3D laser scanning vibrometer for experimental modal analysis and other mea-surement and data processing using custom scripts. Support in experimental campaigns.- Development of mechatronic modal hammer that ensures repeatable force impact exci-tation for experimental modal analysis. The device is based on the ESP32 microcontroller,custom designed parts and of the shelf components. It is designed to complement thescanning vibrometer and was succesfully deployed.NCK MESTEC 2- Development of a mechatronic beam for improved robot manipulator performance usingFEM analysis and MATLAB simulations.
