The Community and Consumer banking Digital & Design recruiting team was created to support part of J.P. Morgan’s digitalization enhancements initiatives.Responsibilities included:• Daily collaboration with team to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives to fulfil requisitions that fit with the competencies and desired characteristics.Business function Focus areas: Digital Designers - UX/UI, Visual, Product, Content, Interaction & Service. Researchers - UXLeads - Design, Product & Research. Strategists - Design & Product. User Architects• Responsible for hiring talent like Executive Directors, Sr. UX designers, Sr. UX researchers, Sr. Content Designers and Researchers• Point of Contact (POC) to support 5 towers in Corporate User Experience Design Technology vertical and contributed to 85 full-time hires in 2022, 45 full-time hires in 2023 within the Community Consumer Banking Business.• Provide consultative support and coaching to key hiring leaders and promote diverse and top talent initiatives.• Provide daily assistance to hiring managers for full life cycle recruitment activities that include developing accurate job descriptions, screen qualified internal and external candidates, comply with enterprise Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) hiring plans, train and coordinate with hiring managers to interview accordingly, Compensation negotiation (including year-end buyouts and bonus structures), Offer and Onboarding process activities.• Exhibited the ability to manage 50+ requisitions at a time (double the load of a full desk recruiter) with least or no support. • Achieved 95% of Diversity slate and 67% diversity fills, 72-day average fill time with and with an offer pass rate of 85%.
