In charge of Supporting the State Authority and Conflict Prevention pillar in the Civil Affairs Section/MONUSCO. Responsibilities: Supporting the design and implementation of strategy; Supervision of National volunteers (specialists of facilitation and support of local governance), based in six offices in the western sectors (support to decentralization , governance, electoral process and development project)developed jointly with UNDP; Focal point of the section at inter-donor meetings related on governance and decentralization thematic and the reform of public administration; Support for the implementation of the risk analysis strategy related to inter-community and land conflicts (conflict analysis, fragility factors, conflict management).

CRD’s Manager (Resources Center for Democracy). The program aims to: Provide space for civil society organizations, the media, the provincial parliament and political parties on issues of governance and citizen participation; Capacity-building and technical support to political parties and MLAs on their role in a democratic process, to civil society organizations for advocacy on governance issues; Supervisor of activities: Forums, conferences debates, various training sessions, a documentation center (cyber café and a library) to inform partners about issues of governance, democracy and citizenship. Supervise a team of four people including a Governance Advisor, a documentalist, a logistics specialist and an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:Focal Point of the UNDP Political Governance component in the province, Strengthening the capacity of political parties, the Provincial Assembly and civil society in the province. Types of activities: training and capacity building, institutional support, etc. contributes to the development of strategic orientations for the Political Governance component and its three components (parliaments and political parties, media and civil society, decentralization and elections) for the UNDP office in Equateur province; Focal point for activities related to human rights and security governance on behalf of the field office in collaboration with the Rule of Law and Human Rights sections of MONUSCO in support of civil society organizations working On issues of judicial and security governance, human rights, etc.
