Fast Food Cashier

For three years, I have been a cashier at McDonald’s providing excellent customer service and training new employees on their new job. For example, I train the new recruits on how to take orders, prepare food, and stock menu items. I often work with other employees in order to complete customer orders more efficiently. Collaborate with other employees get things done much faster and better, also it builds strong relationships with them. Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of customers in an effective manner. Applies strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills whenever giving solutions to customer concerns to meet the customer’s needs. Take customer’s orders and review them to ensure accuracy. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods to customers. Make McCafé drinks such as smoothies, frappes, milkshakes, iced coffee, and regular coffee. Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items to ensure that the food is ready for customers to order. Conduct thoroughly cleaning of the restaurant by cleaning and sanitizing tables, mopping the floors, wiping the windows and cleaning any other area of the restaurant.
