In this position, I conducted in-person qualitative interviews with research study participants for a study in the Neurology Department.

In this position, I created and published campaign mass emails and social media posts aimed to spread information on Covid-19 prevention practices for audiences in Uganda, DRC, and Zambia. I upkept the social media accounts as well. I assisted in the evaluation of the social media campaign through creating a survey and analyzing responses. Lastly, I researched and analyzed Covid-19 data, policies, and practices in the African countries previously mentioned.

In this position, I completed community outreach and communication projects including writing feature stories and press releases, pitching feature stories to local media, creating event promotional videos and posters, and organizing databases. I also got the opportunity to draft a Board of Directors Report for the organization on their yearly fundraising efforts.
