Initially in sales for the IBM range of personal computers in 1985, Jonathon helped establish Pitman Computer Training in Covent Garden. After a brief time with .com bubble companies Jonathon founded Paradise Computing in Northamptonshire in 1987.Following a period of offering traditional LAN support and IT Training Services, Paradise Computing progressed towards Sage accounting specialisation and during the 1990's majored in this alongside Training and Software Development. During this time Jonathon qualified as a Microsoft Certified Professional. At the turn of the Millennium, Jonathon came to believe in the potential of cloud computing and moved Paradise to Althorp Estate where a datacentre was established to provide cloud-based Sage systems. This interest was pursued through the first decade of the 21st century and by 2010 Paradise was one of the few small companies to be providing cloud expertise and the only one in the Sage arena.The dedication to this cause led the datacentre to be certified to ISO27001 and later the CIF tick mark as well. During this period Jonathon extended his skillsets by becoming a VMware professional and also a PRINCE2 practitioner. By 2014, Paradise had established itself as a forerunner of the now successful cloud initiative with over 50 companies hosting Sage-based systems and supporting over 1,000 users.
