Dionne “Dee Dee” Harnish has been a resident of the Florida Keys since 1987. Her education includes a Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in Human Resources and Business Management and an Associates in Arts Degree from Florida Keys Community College. Dee Dee has been in the appraisal field since 2001 and in 2004, she obtained her certification from the State of Florida as a State-Certified Residential Appraiser. In 2008, she opened an appraisal firm with a fellow colleague called Appraisers in Paradise. Due to the sweeping changes in the appraisal industry, she accepted a position on the public side of appraising in 2011, at the Monroe County Property Appraiser where she could utilize her expertise and knowledge of the local area.Specialties: Waterfront properties, historic homes
