Project Manager for the ISTCR (Iron Bird) Upgrade on the CSeries Program. In charge of a functional team of 12 collaborators for AKKA Group North America. • Created the upgrade schedule integrating all different stakeholders input and schedule into one master schedule. Rig upgrade was done on schedule with no delays.• Secured procurement of parts required and critical for the upgrade. • Coordinated and tracked all harnesses configuration, production and shipment to Bombardier by Fokker-Elmo successfully on time.• Proactively created new documentation process for wiring in support of the rig certification to address the delta configuration from the production unit. As an officer (Capt.), Technical authority for all projects related to air-to-air weapons, C21X and C19CB2 operational flight programs in the CF-18’s embedded real-time software. • Fully integrated the FACEII beyond line of site communication pod as a last minute operational requirement to CF-188 C19CB2 operational flight program successfully.• As the technical lead of C21X operational flight program, I have defined the content through the full organization of national fighter software working groups and oriented the development in line with the operational needs.• Took charge of the integration of C19CB2 operational flight program in a critical integration phase due to personnel shortage. I kept the integration on schedule by leading over 50 software problem report investigations and giving the proper directions to the contractor.• Redefined the Software Trouble Report process which is the heart of the unit mandate into a more efficient and appropriate process more interconnected with all aspect of the unit and the contractor processes.• Provided technical support on the first Canadian AMRAAM hardware-in-the-loop testing in Pt-Mugu, Ca, USA and have defined future procedures and recommendations for subsequent testing.
