Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Job Diva for Hiring, Candidate search, and Recruitment purposes.Responsible to meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission targets including candidates interviews and starts.Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and calling them for hot or urgent requisition as provided by the client.Responsible for assigning requirements from the client portal to the team and making sure to cover up all the assigned requirements on the same day. Responsible for delivering and submitting qualified candidates on VMS as soon as possible before any other staffing companies submit the same. Experienced in recruiting candidates on W2.
