Audit Management – Planning and conducting professional management system audits, performing audit assignments in compliance with the Internal Audit Standards, recognising & preparing reports on Cost leakages or wrong payments for clients, checking if any wrong credit has been issued in form of RMA or any other ways, conducting review of vendor supporting documentation vs. contract terms & conditions as defined by audit work program, compiling reports of audit results to senior managers, rendering feedback and participates in the evaluative exercises for auditors, reviewing billing data vs. payment data vs. contract terms & conditions as defined by audit work program, rendering support in conducting complex audit assignments and investigations, undertaking specific elements of the assignment with minimal supervision, completing allocated work within required time and budgets and to required quality standard, sharing final draft of audit reports with CEO and Directors.Project Execution & MIS Reporting – Preparing all necessary MIR & their system & restructuring them on need basis, Sharing Final reports with CEO, Directors & clients. Handling different Project simultaneously, Handling large amount of Data & screening them to get accuracy & real picture of any wrong payout/ Transactions, generating all standardized reports and queries in support of audit.Training & Development – Preparing calendar & based on that providing Training to the team to enhance their audit & communications skills/ capabilities which support organisation to achieve audit objectives & clients satisfactions, Supervises auditors and auditor activities on multiple audit project, Assists in the training and coaching of junior members of staff.

Marketing/Business Development: Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.________________________________________Web Marketing: Handling Internet Marketing of products, looking after all aspects of Internet Branding Operations, Website Management and Internet Communications.
