Prepare incentives bills, shipping line, port ground rent & line incentives.FCL,LCL,export (buffer & onwheel), transportation, equipment hydra machine crane.preparation of MIS reports of imports & submitting to the management.Co-ordination wiht customers & shipping line for getting anmovement confirmation.Work on various software like VNV CFS MAG,RAPPORTSOFT,ICE GATE,LDB,OTDI,JNPT TRACKING on daily basis.Verifying & checking new customer registration documents like CHA license, GST,PAN,TDS deduction approval, BILL OF ENTRY.Co-ordination with all internal separtment like, SALES for collectionof all relevent charges of the shipment.Monitoring referigator container report & preparing the equipment (hydra machine& 40mt crane) reports & sending to the concern department.Co-ordinating with other external vertical like, Terminals, Transportation, Freight Forwarders, CHA for export & import oprational activities.Monitoring CFS TO D SCAN, M SCAN, R SCANreport sending to the concernsWork on bills of lading copies received from imports for the movement of import containers which are discharged in the terminalMonitoring CFS custom bond space & verifing bond space documents
