Role and Responsibilities : -  Post-paid sales from Team (DSA, ODSS) and Retail Stores. Generating revenues from the Retail Stores including Etop revenue, Data Card Sales and Digital Devices sales  Handling Enterprise Business (Customer Services) through ASO team (On-roll) and generating revenues through cross selling and upselling, generating lead for upcoming leased lines, Wi-fi Solutions. Handling Customer Service and Sales lead Large corporates like LT Foods Dawat Rice (300 number), MAT Brakes India (100 number), APL Footwear’s (100 numbers).  Handling mobile number portability operation for port-in subscribers. Supervising CAF process of the ASO’s and CAF quality at the retail. Recruitment of manpower (DSA, ODSS, EDSS, ASO (on-roll).

Role and Responsibilities : -  Supervising the activation process including post-paid/prepaid, internet data cards, MPESA for entire Sirsa Area. Training & development and performance monitoring of the new joiners A2 level audits of all documents  Assurance of 0% document error.
