Collaborated with the client team to establish a Common Corporate Tool for End User Query Management. This significantly reduced the learning curve and improved user adoption rates allowing people to develop necessary skills and grow their competitive advantage.Using the SAP Enable Now framework, as a master author, delivered over 2000+ simulations, enabling business users to quickly learn and apply new skills. Additionally, implemented a Just in Time (JIT) help system to provide users with the needed documentation.With this tool in place, 35% of user support queries were being handled directly by the system, freeing up the potential workload for the support team, improving their overall efficiency.Was awarded the Applause Award for showing an outstanding level of commitment towards the project.

Successfully restructured and redesigned the existing website from scratch in collaboration with the technical team resulting in an enhanced user experience and a ~40% increase in significant sales leads.
