• Prioritize onsite and owned channel messaging across a multitude of placements utilizing data to deliver the best holistic, connected, customer experiences• Optimize live campaign/messaging performance by evaluating consumer-relevant metrics including reach, CTR, engagement rates and conversion rates• Work closely with product to influence roadmaps for site and owned channels• Lead homepage and owned channel short- and long-term planning and processes with channel ops, marketing managers and project managers

• Create a cross-functional set of goals, including a measurement plan and business review cadence, to track and grow the business• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Business Development, Marketing and Product teams to drive towards shared growth and profitability• Build, execute and optimize high volume user acquisition campaigns• Develop category knowledge, maintain expertise of the e-commerce landscape and competitors, and identify growth opportunities• Lead, train, manage, and coach internal and offshore teams to achieve goals and drive efficiency at scale

• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of merchant content (coupons, deals, etc.) by monitoring KPIs and collaborating with data analytics team to support merchandising decisions and recommendations to internal cross-functional teams• Optimize merchant pages by aggregating, updating, editing, validating and ranking content for customer experience and retailer performance• Oversee merchandising of content throughout the site to achieve demand, improve customer experience and conversion rates• Work with SEO team to implement best practices to improve accessibility and user experience

• Design a travel industry market intelligence database, data entry process, and basic reporting.• Create models in Excel to help accurately assess opportunities, develop strategies, forecast and drive business development.• Determine data acquisition methodology & format and creatively determine alternatives to the internet to source information.• Conduct research via Internet – (Public relations / Sales materials, public filings).
