I have imported the raw data from the original source into SQL using SSIS .Data Cleaning and Analysis: Cleaned and transformed the raw data and performedsome analysis on the transformed data to get some useful insights from it.Data Transformation: Transformed the data from the original source(staging) to thenew form(Data Model) for all the plants.Developing KPI: Calculated KPI for all the plants from the transformed data model toevaluate the usefulness of the plants using SQL. The KPI are Quality, Availability andPerformance. The Quality for all plants is 90 percent, Availability is 85 percent andEfficiency is 80 percent. So the Overall OEE Value for all plants is around 80 percent.Dashboarding: Provided all the data of the data model and the KPI Values to thedashboard team so that they can perform their own analysis and display these values inthe dashboard.
