Face Internal, External Audits & maintain a good track record & availability of critical items.Safety Observation Tours, Implement necessary SAFETY Guidelines & Impart Training to the Shop floor to maintain ZERO HARM Culture.Follow up with execution team for on time release of requirements, study them & schedule Long lead deliveries Etc.Arrange for Packing Material & Co-ordinate with factory for Logistics Activities.Coordinate changes with internal teams. Monitor various order milestones for smooth and timely completion of the order as per contractual requirement.Proactive Loading & forecasting of Long Lead Items to various internal & external suppliers.Review Brought out material status, follow up with Suppliers, Monitoring of Purchase Order Status / manufacturing update at supplier end and progress of Post Order Documentation.Keep all EHS Requirements in line with Management directives & guidelines. Maintain 5S, EHS Audit Points, Proper Housekeeping all the time.
