Currently working as Head of CloudOps with AYS Software Solution, Pune, with a primary focus on technology and leadership skills. Peak-preforming, innovative developer/team leader with more than 17 years of development experience and worked closely with fast-paced, technology-driven companies, specializing in enterprise software development. Additionally Embracing Agile methodologies and follow Scrum practices and orchestrate projects to achieve exceptional outcomes using cutting edge technologies. During this tenure, I worked on the following areas: • Build Enterprise applications using Java/J2EE Technologies, Spring framework, Micro-services architecture • Application orchestration (Lift and Shift) of on-premises applications to the cloud using Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Rancher, Terraform & Docker • Provide support to different teams like POs, Dev team, QA team, and Data Science team to provision required tools/services and be involved in decision-making activities. • Strategy and Requirements Analysis. • Microservices Implementation using Spring boot / Netflix OSS / Spring cloud.• Application profiling and performance tuning. • Setting up CI/CD pipelines for Dev/QA/Staging/Production environments.• Defining security policies and maintaining the security posture for the application using SAST/DAST tools. • Experience in building and deploying GDPR and HIPAA Compliant applications on AWS. • Build mobile applications, especially Android Applications. • Build a couple of IoT applications as a personal interest, using fault detection in images for Automated QC of metallic jobs. This solution is deployed at the conveyor belt. • Build the application using Adobe Flex, Air, ActionScript 3.0, along with Streaming media servers. • Involved in porting of the J2ME Framework (CDC/CLDC, MIDP) on the ARM-Linux (ARM-9 platform) Platform with Thinlet GUI library. • Build an Eclipse plugin using SWT/RCP and CDT frameworks to help the embedded application development/debugging activities. • Worked on Application development for Storage Domain using Java Swings & Java CIMOM client library. • Hands-on experience in Agile methodology implemented and managed the team using Scrum.
