Projects: Fluke Inc. US, Tektronix Promoted and given full accountability of Offshore Global Support Services Team. Scope of accountability spanned strategic planning, team building and leadership, project and program management, risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, process improvement, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and customer and partner relationship management. Implemented ITIL best practices. Provided vision, leadership and framework to actively identify needs and resolve critical issues. Resolved Level 2-3 issues in Active Directory, Citrix, MS Exchange, Cisco VPN, and Blackberry technologies. Managed Cisco call Manager Server cluster.

Projects: LinksysPromoted and given the responsibilities to handle all technical escalation from Delhi and Pune location, Floor support. Configuration & troubleshooting of special products like Wireless Presentation Player, Wireless Media & Media Link Adaptor, Storage Devices, Flash cards etc. Responsible for managing the calls for SOHO Routers, Access points, Switches, VPN Routers, Wireless cameras, Game adaptors.

Projects: Zensar Technologies Ltd.Handling executive support calls. Desktop – Laptop support, Network, Printer configuration and support. MS outlook and other MS applications installation, configuration and break-fix support. Antivirus server management was done with assistance from Senior System Administrators. Supporting more than 2000 users at multiple locations via phone and e-mail. Provided special support for all Corporate events.
