As Technology Implementation Lead :• Work with Technology and Operations team to capture business requirements, facilitate the translation to functional requirements and manage the projects until delivery into production.• Lead and drive projects by developing plans, timelines, establish governance model, implementation road map for key projects and create reporting that encompasses risk issues and open actions log• Work with global product teams and stakeholders and establish the right communication channels to ensure information and decisions are cascaded effectively• Manage major technology implementation releases as a part of command center• Work with Application development team, QA, UAT and SCM teams for managing SDLC• Lead Change Management initiatives and engage in budgeting, planning and project prioritization exercise with top executives• Lead critical offshoring and business process migrations across global locations• Work with Legal, Compliance and risk teams to assess the criticality of projects and implement actions required to meet the regulatory and key business requirements as part of the transition• Create project plans, establish governance, engage key stakeholders, facilitate knowledge transfer, hiring and tech setup• Manage cross functional teams that are involved in migrating business processes (HR, Technology, Real estate, finance and risk)
