About Param Dave

Hi there! I have obtained by BASc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. With 2 years of co-op work experience in the industry, I have honed my critical thinking, leadership, organizational, and research skills while working in dynamic R&D environments, for Engineering Procurement and Construction firms, and in laboratory settings. I possess a strong background in process design and control, with proficiency in reading and drafting P&IDs/PFDs, lab-scale design, client/vendor communication, data analysis, and in various software such as Aspen HYSYS, DeltaV, MATLAB, Python, and AutoCAD. During my time at university, I have been actively involved in designing a carbon-neutral fuel manufacturing plant, which has provided me with invaluable experience in designing process flow sheets and conducting emissions comparison studies. In my free time, I like to play volleyball, cricket or badminton and work on a few personal design projects of mine. I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges, and I am currently seeking opportunities to further develop my skills and contribute to innovative projects in the industry. Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn!
