• Responsible for development and implementation of plant’s preventive and predictive maintenance program and also responsible for establishing effective maintenance systems, standards and procedures.• The job includes solving problems with the help of Root Cause Failure Analysis by 5why, Cause and Effect Diagram. • Monitored the installation of motors, compressors, pressure controls and connection of control panels to power source, also supervised installation of air and water filters.• Responsible to check that whether oil, coolant, filters, and lubricants were timely applied or changed as per the requirement of the plant and machineries.• Review and check the tracking sheet for the maintenance material, manage engineering stores of all critical spares. Served as a 5’s champion of the department.• Assist in preparation of technical documents and history cards of automated machinery, material requisition.
