I’m working as a Senior Legal Executive at redBus India Private Limited ("the company") where I have been effectively managing and monitoring all ongoing litigation cases involving the company and drafted and reviewed legal documents including legal notices, pleadings and other relevant documentation required for litigation and regulatory compliance. In order to support the effective tracking of cases, I regularly coordinate and liaise with external legal counsels to ensure quality representation and proper documentation in litigation matters. In supporting the company in litigation matters, compliance and due diligence, I’ve had the opportunity to liaise with various internal teams for procuring required documentation for submission to various authorities.
