- Understand the customer needs and gather requirements from customers through customer meetings - Participate in feature review meetings with the UX and Dev and discuss the technical feasibility - Prepare requirements documents like Use Cases, Design Documents, SRS. - Create backlog items such as User Requirements, User Stories. - Conduct demonstrations of the product/ feature to the stakeholders.
