1. Complete factory maintenance at a senior level, managing a maximum staff of 120 technicians, engineers and supervisors.2. Responsible for vendor development, vendor evaluation for various plant maintenance services.3. Accountable for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment like EOT Cranes, material handling equipment, mother and portable ovens, compressors, power tools, general electrification, CNC machines, etc.4. Directly responsible for maintenance of screw type, oil injected, single stage air compressors manufactured by Atlas Copco.5. Directly accountable for maintaining 96% availability of 12 CNC Plasma Pipe Profile Cutting machines.6. Responsible for ensuring 96% availability of CNC Pipe Bending Machines manufactured by Cojafex, Rotterdam.7. Evaluation and identification of critical spare parts and consumable components.8. Development of alternate sources for spare and consumable components and Identify suitable suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and compatibilities for the same.9. Implementation of a total maintenance culture on the shop floor.10. Updating and maintening ISO records in the system.11. Monitoring maintenance data like loss time, MTBB(Mean time between breakdowns), total machine availability, equipment reliability and efficiency.12. Preparing important documents such as preventive maintenance checklists, breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting flow charts, etc.13. Monitoring 100% compliance to safety standards and norms during every maintenance activity and conducting Safety Toolbox Talks to ensure the same.
