KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Meet with clients to have clear understanding of client's expectations and desires as well as financial aspects of the project.• Conceptualize space design to fit client's requirements, maximize comfort and functionality apart from pleasing design cues.• Preparing and presenting design concepts to the client at various stages of the design i.e. conceptual stage, schematic stage, design development stage and construction stage.• Conducting design research, feasibility studies and financial analysis.• Getting BOQs prepared for tender purposes. • Communicating and coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, team members and client for preparation of construction documents.• Detailing design specifications, materials, costs & construction schedule.• Preparing mood boards and material palette to fit in to the look and feel of the design.• Functional and aesthetic material selection such as lighting, FF&E (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment), flooring, wall finishes, electrical and plumbing fixtures, etc.• Regular onsite construction supervision along with rectifying and troubleshooting onsite issues.• Team work organization and management to meet project delivery deadlines.• Manage, guide and assist interior design team including junior interior designers, junior architects and draughtsmen.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES• Sole executor of the production work ranging from design detailing to developing construction drawings• Handling client meetings for project requirements and design development.• Conducting design research, feasibility studies and market surveys for the project development.• Finalizing layouts and designs with the principal architect and the clients followed by design proposal presentations to the client at different stages.• Complete project management including coordination with consultants, client, vendors and contractors.• Coordinating MEP and services drawings with the design and layout.• Site supervision & inspection at regular intervals to ensure compliance with the works/drawings issued at site.• Finalizing materials and preparing mood boards for the design of the project. • Detailing design specifications, materials, costs & construction schedules.
