Improvement for process development and equipment reliability. • Monitored and improved team performance through training peers and young technicians. • Managed and led a team that executed major overhauling of Dong Fang steam.• turbines (2 x 60MW) in 2018 and 2019. • Managed and led a team that executed inspection of turbine main stop valve and control valve, intercept stop valve, control valve, and STG bearings of GE steam turbine (150MW) in 2022. • Led teams and executed major overhauling projects for auxiliary equipment including. Vertical pumps, boiler feed pumps, blower, centrifugal fans, etc.
