Talent Solutions Consultant
Current- Research and understand clients' human capital needs: strategically match their needs with Talent Solutions' services or develop custom solutions tailored to clients' needs.- Work effectively with team members and senior consultants in delivering the company's consulting services, including organizational assessment and analysis, employee engagement strategy, training and development, outplacement programs, and other consulting solutions.- Prepare and process documents related to ongoing projects for both internal and external procedures.- Maintain strong relationships with clients, business contacts, partners, and company representatives.- Assist in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the company by increasing the sales of Talent Solutions' human capital consulting and learning services.- Strategically build quick rapport and a strong network of influence with contacts and prospects for Talent Solutions.
