Current1. Responsible for company's overall P&L across 20+ Countries2. Create Digital Marketing Strategy, develop Digital Marketing Calendar & Digital only propositions3. Full responsibility of developing full funnel Digital campaigns including Lead generation campaigns4. Experience of running social, search, display and other campaigns basis business objective5. Discuss marketing objectives with agency and set measurable performance and financial KPIs6. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis7. Knowledge and experience in Digital Media Planning, digital advertising industry and pricing models, Web Analytics, Web Promotion, Keyword Research, Online Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, social media, Website Traffic Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization8. Own and Manage the Marketing Plan for driving growth in demand or supply acquisitions in key categories9. Collaborate with agencies and other internal functions in executing all digital media strategies10. Ensure strict adherence to the budget pre-sanctioned with the management team and support Finance/Accounts with proper budgeting/accounting of all expenses11. Drive a daily/weekly/monthly review of all key metrics that impact the business and take necessary action to support the business or company goals for any month/quarter/year12. Ability to draw insights from data and make recommendations backed by relevant data to create new growth opportunities13. Ability to understand consumer behavior and translate that into an effective strategy for achieving business growth or delivering better consumer experience14. Operational management with Tech team, if they stuck in any issues.
